We are thrilled that we can finally announce the title and theme of our first cookbook: NYC Vegan, Iconic Recipes for a Taste of The Big Apple. NYC Vegan is a celebration of the iconic foods of New York City, foods that were created in New York City, foods popularized by New York City, and foods that are part of our personal life in New York City.

We are honored that the folks at Vegan Heritage Press believed in us and in this concept and are helping us to bring this to life. Unfortunately, we are still working on the final cover image for NYC Vegan, but we are so excited that Jackie Sobon is doing our photography. NYC Vegan is due to be published in the Spring of 2017.

We plan to do a book tour with NYC Vegan so if you want us to come to your town (and can help arrange it), or if there’s a place we absolutely shouldn’t miss, we hope you’ll let us know.
