Our Manhattan Glam Chowder (see what we did there), our vegan version of the iconic Manhattan Clam Chowder, is great for warming up on a cold fall day. 

Latkes, the Yiddish word for potato pancakes, are traditionally eaten by Ashkenazic Jews on Hanukkah. You can find latkes at just about any Jewish deli in the city. Whether you accompany them with applesauce or vegan sour cream, be sure to serve them fresh out of the skillet as they really should be eaten immediately after frying.

This recipe makes the best crispy roasted potatoes we have ever had. Usually roasted potatoes are somewhat mushy and are not crispy at all. These potatoes are as crispy as french fries on the outside and soft in the middle.

Colcannon

Our Colcannon combines mashed potatoes with kale, shallots, leeks and liquid smoke. One taste and plain old mashed potatoes will a thing of the past. This is a great side dish to accompany almost any meal.
