When it comes to things like eating a blueberry pie, you can almost guarantee that I will end up getting some on my shirt. No matter how careful I am, almost anytime I eat something with staining potential, I will end up with a stain. Ethan has witnessed this countless times. I am just a stain magnet. Blueberry pie is a definite hazard for me. With a little ingenuity, I figured out a way to have my pie and not get a stain. I simply drink it. Who says you can’t drink a pie? Our Blueberry Pie Shake will prove otherwise. Think of this as blueberry pie a la mode in a glass.

Ingredients
2 pints vegan vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
2 cups fresh organic blueberries, rinsed and dried
4 sheets of vegan graham crackers
Coconut Whipped Cream and graham cracker crumbs for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Put ice cream in a blender. Add the berries and graham crackers.
2. Blend well until smooth, about 2-3 minutes
3. Pour into tall glasses. Garnish with a dollop of coconut whipped cream and some graham cracker crumbs.
4. Serve.
