If you know someone who likes chocolate, make that person our Hot Chocolate TiraMOSu. It’s like tiramisu, only using hot chocolate in place of coffee. Our friend Charlie gets the credit for naming this. We were just going to call it Hot Chocolate Tiramisu. We like his name better.

Ladyfingers are not only delightful cookies that can be enjoyed with a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, but they are also the base for the wonderful dessert that is Tiramisu. Unfortunately, finding vegan ladyfingers in a grocery store is next to impossible, so the only option if you want them is to make them yourself

Our White Chocolate Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies are a delicious holiday treat. If you are a split house as we are on dried fruit, do what I do: make the dough without the cranberries, take out half and the add cranberries to one the remaining half. Leave these out with some cold almond milk for Santa and you are sure to get something extra special from the man in red.

Our Cake Mix Cookies are a vegan version of Food Network’s Cake Mix Holiday Cookies. Boxed cake mix makes these easy to prepare.

Julie and Jay Hasson created Julie’s Original Gluten Free baking mixes because they know how much time and money is involved in gluten-free baking, not to mention all of the trial and error, as well as tracking down dozens of specialty flours. They’ve done all the hard work for us! With these mixes we can do what Julie and Jay like to call “modern scratch baking.”

Our Blueberry Pie Shake is like a slice of blueberry pie a la mode in a glass.

If you find yourself in the Ft. Lauderdale area, a meal at Green Bar & Kitchen is a must!

On the scale of fugdey to cake-like, these vegan browniesare more on the cake-like side. While I prefer a more fudgey brownie, these satisfy my craving until I come up with an even better recipe.  So bake up a batch, pour a glass of your favorite non-dairy milk and enjoy.
